Membership Fees
Full Member: £205 per year (240 euro)
Those physicians who hold a substantive Consultant post, or equivalent, an Associate Specialist post or a senior Specialty Doctor post and who have an interest in Stroke Medicine may apply to become a Full Member of the Association.
Associate Member: £40 per year (48 euro)
Those physicians who are in training grades or who hold a substantive post at other than Consultant grade, or equivalent, and who have an interest in Stroke Medicine (but are ineligible for full membership) may apply to become an Associate Member of the Association.
Overseas Member: £30 per year (34.99 euro)
Any person who lives anywhere in the world apart from the UK and ROI, whether or not medically qualified, who has a demonstrable interest in stroke medicine, may apply to become an Overseas Member.
Affiliate Member: £30 per year (34.99 euro)
Any other person, whether or not medically qualified, who has a demonstrable interest in stroke medicine, may apply to become an Affiliate Member.
Retired Member: £30 (34.99 euro)
Student member: free for duration as student
Benefits of joining BIASP
Benefit for Associate members moving to Full membership
We value your support as a member of BIASP and would like to offer 20% discount for the first year of Full membership. This means you would pay £164 for the first year then at the renewal your payment would increase to £205 per year.
Benefit for Current and New Members – 20% Discount
Our new benefit is for those members who work less than full time, if you work 8 PAs or less, when membership is due for renewal or when a new member joins.
Current members should send in their job plan to admin@biasp.org at least one month before their renewal date.
New members should upload their job plan when prompted whilst completing the application.
The job plan will be reviewed and the 20% discount will be applied if applicable.
